Who We Are
Kamryn Burton
Founder & Executive Director
Kamryn is the Founder and Executive Director of Girls Lead 2, Inc., as well as a four-time Lead Counselor. She founded the nonprofit in June 2022 as part of her Girl Scout Gold Award. In her 13 years of scouting, Kamryn earned her Bronze, Silver, and Gold Awards while developing a strong passion for equity and service. Though Girls Lead 2 continues to evolve, Kamryn's goals remain steadfast: to invest in youth development, engage communities, and mobilize the next generation of changemakers. Girls Lead 2 is so near to her heart, and the workshops are a highlight of her summer! In her free time, Kamryn loves to dance, bake, craft, and travel!
Olivia Durham
Vice President of Marketing
Olivia is the Vice President of Marketing at Girls Lead 2, Inc. and a four-time Lead Counselor. She has always had a passion for working with young people, and for two years, she worked as a swim instructor for kids ages 3-12. Olivia was a Girl Scout for 6 years and enjoys the opportunity to use her experiences & learnings to foster youth leadership potential. Additionally, Olivia is a strong advocate for the arts and hopes to continue educating children through the arts in the future.
Niav Lorenzo
Vice President of Curriculum
Niav is the Vice President of Curriculum at Girls Lead 2, Inc. and a four-time Lead Counselor. From a young age, she has practiced her leadership skills within her community, starting with a community garden for her troop’s Girl Scout Bronze Award. As a professional artist, Niav currently focuses on equity and workplace readiness within the art community. For her Gold Award, Niav published free, online guidance on hosting art galleries similar to her own. In her free time, Niav enjoys teaching kids and adults how to ride and care for horses.
